Practicing gratitude can be a game changer in your life. With thanksgiving right around the corner, this is the perfect time to add this new practice into your daily routine.
One of the best habits to break is the habit of breaking promises you have made with yourself. We need to treat ourselves with the same (if not more) respect than we treat others. The promises we make to ourselves, the commitments we have to ourselves far out weigh any other commitments... so why do we always break those promises or commitments before breaking it with others?
The more you keep your promises you make to yourself the more worthy you begin to feel, the more confidence you have in who you are as a person. Get crystal clear on whats important to you, and follow through!
